Extra Curricular Activities
At St Clare's Primary School, we offer a range of clubs and activities throughout the school year. These opportunities extend children's learning experiences and encourage them to develop new skills, talents and interests.
Activities offered may include drama, arts and crafts, dance, netball, basketball and football. Our clubs are very popular and places may be limited, so families should check school newsletters and emails for the latest information and availability.
The clubs available may change throughout the year depending on pupil interest, staffing and opportunities offered by our community partners.
Sports Clubs
Children have opportunities to take part in activities such as football, netball and basketball. These clubs help pupils remain active while developing teamwork, communication and sporting skills.
Creative Clubs
Activities such as drama, dance, arts and crafts allow children to explore their creativity, express themselves and build confidence in an enjoyable and supportive environment.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
Our clubs provide additional experiences that support children's confidence, wellbeing, teamwork and wider achievement beyond their everyday classroom learning.

We work closely with community organisations and our Active Schools Co-ordinator to provide children with a varied programme of activities and opportunities.
