School Uniform

At St Clare's Primary School, our uniform promotes a sense of belonging, pride and identity within our school community.

We encourage all pupils to wear their uniform each day and to take pride in representing our school.

Our uniform was agreed in consultation with pupils and parents and helps to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for everyone.

Grey school trousers or skirt
White polo shirt, or white shirt with the school tie
Navy jumper or cardigan
School sweatshirt or cardigan with the school logo
Black school shoes

Items displaying the school badge, along with the school tie, can be purchased from Aspire Academy. Plain uniform items can also be purchased from other retailers.

Please label all items of clothing clearly with your child's name. Lost property is kept in the main foyer.

Suitable trainers

For health and safety reasons, all jewellery must be removed before pupils take part in PE.

If a pupil is unable to participate in PE, parents and carers should provide a note from home or medical information where appropriate.

Pupils who are unable to participate physically should still bring their kit where possible and may remain involved through an appropriate supporting role.

School Clothing Grant

Families on a low income or receiving certain benefits may be entitled to support with the cost of school clothing and footwear.

The current Glasgow School Clothing Grant is £150 for each eligible child.
