The School Building
To ensure the safety of our pupils and staff, our external doors are secure and accessible by key fob only.
All school staff are required to wear Glasgow City Council identification badges.
Visitors enter by the main entrance and are only granted access to the main part of the building wearing a visitor's badge, having first signed-in using the Visitor's Book & having digned to ackowledge their understanding of child protection procedures whilst on the premises.
Parents/carers are not allowed into classroom areas unless accompanied by a member of staff.
The Playground
The playground is supervised by the Senior Management Team and the school janitor from 8:45am-9:00am. Our Support for Learning Workers supervise this area at morning interval and lunchtime.
The Car Park
The car park gates are locked from 8:30am-9:15am and from 2:30pm-3:15pm.
Road Safety
There are yellow zig-zag lines outside the school on Kilcloy Avenue and Kinfauns Drive.
Please do not park or wait on these.
Please note that Kilcloy Avenue is closed to motor vehicles between the hours of 8:30am-9:15am and 2:30pm-3:15pm. To keep our pupils and wider school community safe, please adhere to these restrictions. Police Scotland enforce these restrictions by issuing fixed penalty notices throughout the year. Restrictions do not apply to disabled badge holders or residents of Kilcloy Avenue/school staff who have a valid permit.
There are 2 crossing patrols close to the school on Peel Glen Road and Kinfauns Drive.
